"I had to find a dentist for my Autistic daughter, I found the information for Shirley Avenue, I knew this was going to be a good experience as the Practice Manager had left a brief message explaining I would be put through to one of their lovely dental nurses

I spoke to probably the nicest person on the planet, I explained I needed to book an appointment for today for my daughter, I cannot remember the ladies name but she booked an appointment explained what they would do for my daughter and then what would happen next.

This lady really listened and made me feel so much better, she did not rush me at all and was not trying to get me off the phone.
