"Had a Hygiene appointment this afternoon, both receptionists were very welcoming and made me feel at ease. Unfortunately not all could be said for some patients who were arguing with them both and trying to get out of paying for their treatment. I can honestly say the patients spoke to them disgusting and accused them of all sorts but they were both very professional in dealing with the situation. They shouldn't have to deal with rude and argumentative people."
