"Was refused service because I called to say I would be running 5 minutes late for a 35 minute appointment, even though the next patient had apparently arrived and we could have swapped slots, and even when I explained I was running late because I had been dealing with a cancer patient at the hospital where I work. The lack of compassion, understanding and flexibility means this is not the right fit for a dental practice for me. They also provided no information about the cost of my treatment plan despite me asking, so maybe I dodged a bullet."
