"Had a letter saying appointment was missed but was never given an appointment in the first place. Last appointment was told daughter needed work done but they would wait as she was too young at the time. Rang up and offered a 3 month appointment for something that was considered important. If you're paying private you shouldn't have any problems skipping the queues here. Appalling service."
