"Was referred to this surgery by NHS as my dentist was closed. When I saw the dentist and explained I was having severe pain from a tooth I'd had work on months ago she checked it and said she couldn't find anything wrong with the tooth. I told her I felt pain when I bit down on that tooth and she was quite patronising and said well she couldn't see anything, she did an x-ray and said it might be an infection and gave me an injection for the pain. Quite frankly felt dismissed and also the injection caused my jaw to swell up and severe pain even worse than the tooth itself. I honestly wish I had waited to see my own dentist because the service was horrible and I'm now in intolerable pain"
