"In my middle age I've never had the luxury of a dentist who communicates with me about my treatment until now. I was recommended by a friend to visit the Phoenix practice when I moved to the area and I was really apprehensive knowing I required a good bit of dental work. My initial meeting with Pauline, the practice Manager was warm and friendly, putting me at ease immediately. I then met my dentist, Amelia, and commenced my treatment, with Amelia patiently explaining every procedure and how it would be carried out. A professional, painless and pleasant experience all round; something I've never been able to say in decades. The dental nurses all approach you in a kind and friendly manner, which all added to my more than wonderful experience of this dental practice. I couldn't recommend Phoenix Dental practice, Heywood enough - it's great!"
