Vishal & Neena Kumar established Heathwood Dental Practice in it’s current custom built premises in 2005. We cater for all age groups, and provide first class dentistry. We believe that life is better with good teeth, and a happy healthy smile. Our team of dentists, hygienists and nurses all care about what we do, and work together with one aim; to understand your needs and wishes, so that we can tailor your treatment individually. We strive to maintain your dental health for life, through the use of quality well researched materials, and excellent modern techniques. In combination, these have proven comfortable, effective and long lasting. This can only be done by taking the time to get to know our patients, so we can assess and plan comprehensively. You can be reassured that modern dentistry offers safety, comfort  and superior results, that will allay any trepidation you may have about dental treatment. We all maintain our knowledge through regular courses and training, and all of our dentists use high powered magnification and focussed lighting to ensure our excellent standards are maintained.Our practice is kept beautifully clean and welcoming, with a range of reading materials in the waiting room, refreshed every month. The reception team is always on hand to welcome you on arrival, and answer any questions you may have. Our policies and pricing are transparent .We follow the most rigorous cross-infection control procedures in the surgeries, and many items are disposed of after single use. As part of this, we request that patients contact us to reschedule any appointments if they have had a cold sore for less than two weeks, to ensure that they don’t attend during the contagious period.
