"Today 05.09.2017 Serenity Dentists (formally MacFarlane) charged me twice for NHS repair treatment carried out with the 12 month Guarantee. I have since reported them to NHS customer service who have opened a case. If they don't refund me they can be struck off the provider list apparently. It is appalling a dentist surgery are not aware of their NHS obligation and double charge like this. Who else out there has been caught out???"
