No advice was given.
When I made appointment and asked which dentist could I have now mine had retired I was told no choice of dentist NHS take it or leave it . Only Private patients taken on by others at the practice.
After 40 years I guess customer service has died. I certainly did not feel confident to have this replacement
dentist carry out any treatment on me. He was reading from a script about NHS rules etc.
Respected older patients should have a choice of dentist when one retires that you have seen for many years"
