"I had to get a root removed which I was extremely nervous about. Jenny put me at ease immediately with her kind and gentle manner. She and her assistant were very reassuring throughout the whole procedure and explained it all really well. I only experienced a little pain at the beginning which was to be expected but it was all over quite quickly. Jenny explained the aftercare in detail which was very helpful. Overall I am very happy with my dental care with all the dentists at Waterside, they give a very high standard of care each time I go."
