"Seen Roya to have a retained root taken out, was absolutely petrified and nearly didn’t go through with it. I’m so glad I did, there was no pressure to go through with the procedure and was so patient with me. I think she may have helped my fear of dentists. I called the reception a week before my appointment to enquire about sedation and the lady I spoke to was also fantastic, some receptionists can’t get you off the phone quick enough and have no sympathy for the fear but she had me feeling more relaxed about my appointment and explained everything in detail to me. Everyone is so understanding and can say Roya was the best dentist I have ever seen and wouldn’t get myself worked up if I ever had to go back."
