The receptionist was a little abrupt and I felt like I was inconveniencing her.
It would be useful to get the link to sign the forms a little more in advance, due to work hours and other commitments, I was unable to access these before my appointment & felt like I was being told off. âWe wouldnât usually have time for you to sign thisâ - it was 1 signature?"
