"I arrived on time for my appointment and was asked to take a seat, I sat there for nearly an hour, now this did not upset me as I know some patients can take longer depending on what the Dr discovers, but I was not given any explanation on why I had to wait or any apology for waiting so long until I got to see the Dr who then did apologise but it would have been nice to have one of the receptionists notice I had been waiting so long and to acknowledge I was still there and to say sorry for the wait."
