"The reception team were welcoming. I was called in to have my dental appointment approximately 5 minutes after my appointment time. Was not a problem. Advised Bethan verbally of some recent medical history and then she looked at my teeth, giving advice as she went. Discussed my right back lower molar, otherwise all was well. "

"Everything was explained, an x-ray showed that the remaining tooth had a fracture so removing the tooth could cause complications. I’ve been referred to a specialist and the abscess drained."
